butler services Brown's Private Services Interview
Name of your website?

Brown´s Private Services

Your name?

Nadia Brown

Your Location (city, etc)

Cabo San Lucas

What inspired you to launch your own website?

It is the best way to generate clients.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Was about 5 years ago it was a concierge website. www.cabovc.com but then we specialized in chef, butler and transportation services.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

My husband's last name is Brown and as transportation, chef and butler are private services, he decided to name it Brown's Private Services

Please give us a short summary of your website?

It is a website that offers butler, chef services, and transportation. It has menus, and bios of some of the Chefs we work with.

We always try to satisfy the client's highest expectations we work with very professional people that are in constantly training.

We couple the services with activities and massages

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

The service is what is most important to us, we work with only professional people and give contant training. We my husband and I try to be present in all the events so we can guarantee the service.

We have a bilingual team that are used to work with high end people so they know their responsabilities and duties. They always work in such a positive style with a smile in the face that makes the clients feel comfortable in Mexico.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Our goals is to increase the business and keep offering our services to american and canadian people. To offer our services in other destinations in Mexico

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

It is well- balanced, we try to invest all the time that is needed, normally in holidays we have so much work that we spent a few hours with our relatives. (Christmas, New year´s eve etc)but we are glad that can provide a good services to our clients, and we feel very proud that they are spending those special days in our country.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I will increase the investment in publicity, and expand the company to other destinations like Loreto and Puerto Peñasco.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

yes of course. We try to have interviews with the new staff, investigate about them and take good references, we have a big list of employees.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Sometimes training people is hard as we try to make them work just the way we expected. They have to accomplish some rules and duties.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Taking care of big weddings 100 people or more, it is one of my favorites activities but it is a lot of responsability, and more when the bride and groom want us to take care of flowers, photography and more. But I still enjoy it and at the end when the bride thanks us we are very glad and happy.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Word of mouth advertising, and cabo guides. And through our business cards. Sometimes when we give services to some clients they take our business card and recommend our services to their friends.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I thought it was going to be easier and faster. But the businnes is good and a lot of work

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

About 3 years ago and I will be doing it for as long as we can as we enjoy so much our work

What is your website address?

Brown's Private Services
