real estate Cedral Caribe Realtors - Mexico Interview
Name of your website?

Cedral Caribe Realtors - Mexico

Your name?

Riccardo Garcia

Your Location (city, etc)

Cozumel

Second home in the beach ?

Are you one of a growing number of people considering buying a second home in the sun, an idyllic home from home abroad or a lucrative investment property overseas? If so you're not alone!

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Starting as an accomplished Architectural & Engineering services Firm who has always built its own projects, Cedral Homes has later evolved into a Residential Developer.

As of mid 2007, Cedral Homes launched its Realty division, specializing in newly built developments available in Quintana Roo. Realty services are executed by Riccardo Garcia, a federally licensed Realtor.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Cedral Caribe Realtors was launched in february 2007, as a Real Estate agency servicing Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, Cancun and Riviera Maya in Mexican Caribbean.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Cedral is a town located in Cozumel Island. It is also the name of a famous reef site in Cozumel. Cedral is a trademark name in Quintana Roo's residential marketplace.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Currently, Riccardo Garcia is the only Federally licensed Realtor in Cozumel, with over ten years experience in Cozumel Homes marketplace.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To establish a solid reputation as the most reliable Realtor services firm in Cozumel Island and Riviera Maya.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Living in a beautiful place such as Cozumel Island, it is of paramount importance to set your priorities straight.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would add video footage of every listing available in our website.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes. Quality Realtor services are not compromised by volume.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Trying to address audiences in countries with languages other than english

What has been your biggest challenge?

Trying to caputre Cozumel's beautiful scenery and atmosphere in the website....HUGE challenge.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Word of mouth of satisfied customers.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Running a website showcasing beautiful homes in a beautiful environment has been a very smooth ride.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Site has been running for a full year. We plan to continue running it indefinitely.

Do we advocate TQM ?

YES (TQM means Total Quality Management)

What is your website address?
