A hello from Mexico in an Expat Forum, forum. They are from the Lake Chapala, Mexico area and say there are about 20,000 expats in that area.
They even note that they rarely have to speak Spanish! It seems they are missing the beauty of living in a foreign country and that is their culture, their language!
