Please give us a short summary of your website?
Praestabilis offers a special selection of Mexico’s Full HD Video footage stock; we offer natural clips without artificial resources, like extra lights, extra people or color correction, we have clips about architecture, nature, landmarks, textures and more. Also we have an open category, to give our customers clips under order, where the client who requires a specific shoot, can require it to Praestabilis, and the company will shoot it and send by postal service.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
The need to offer to the entire world the possibility to offer natural video clips from Mexico, in a professional way; giving diffusion to the different aspects of this country; also giving the possibility to the customers to find exactly the footage what they’re looking for, in our Clips Under Order service. Also I can say I’m various years experienced as cameraman, in different broadcast productions, but it’s limited only to my personal participation, but I want be part of the solution all over the world in video productions, and it’s only possible by the use of the internet.

How did you decide on a name for your website?
The world Praestabilis means Excellent in Latin, once in the human history it was the universal language of the knowledge, (today’s the English), but I feel charmed for the excellence (it’s better than the right things, but not impossible like perfection) like Human race we can aspire to the excellence, without the physical disasters of the research of perfection.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Over all, Praestabilis offers: the Clips under Order service, which gives the opportunity to find the exact video clips that customers search.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
My web page is new and I'm conscious that a new web site requires some time to be productive, but I feel satisfied with the project.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
More Gb capacity and a better web design, more dynamic.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, in that case, I will be able to keep my personnel working by my side, but also incorporate new employees for every one of the specific areas.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Over all, the conversion formats, we tried with at least 250 different ones.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Make the launch of the Praestabilis web site, because we have so many challenges, like little money, so much investment, the lost of one HD camera and more. Also it was an idea that I have at least five years ago.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It’s slowly in growing up.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Around 8 months since it start as a pryect, and I will keep it for all the time.
