OK, so many people from developed nations are very wary about the quality of water and ice cubes in developing countries--and with good reason, too. Beware, however, as you don't only have to take care about food in developing countries like Mexico but in developed nations as well. In fact, a report by the Chicago Sun Times revealed the existence of poor ice cube quality in Chicago. Yes, in Chicago! SO you should be careful wherever you go. No to tap water.
