Insuring Your Titles

Buying insurance for real estate deeds in the United States is already a practice as it assures the buyer that the contract is a clean one without any limitations on the buyer's part.

Here in Mexico, that can also be done. They have an office, the Registro Publicode la Propiedad de la Propriedad, whose tasks includes the filing of real estate title insurance.
