If you are a frequent reader of the blogs belonging to this blog network, you will find that I have posted much recipes in the Venezuelan and Bolivian Travel and Expat Blogs. Now that I've thought about it, I haven't posted a single one in this Mexican blog!
Mexico, as we all know, has a very rich culinary background, which is why I find it weird that I wasn't able to post any yet.
Nevertheless, here's a first recipe. Mexico's version of the Chinese fried rice. Enjoy!
