Know before you buy property in Mexico

It is always good to buy property either personal or commercial, in foreign lands from the investment perspective or to lead a happy retired life. But then most countries do put certain restrictions on foreigners owning land and property (and why shouldn't they - after all its their region) so you better check out the regulations that might affect the deal.
