Mexico has been hard hit by some pretty nasty disasters lately. We are talking about an unfortunate swine flu epidemic that began in that country and seemed to expand from there. Of course, the first vistim of this situation was tourism, and there was a falloff that seems to have recovered. Next in line is the also disastrous grug war between the cartels and the cartels and the government. But this war is not going on in the tourist areas so its effects have receeded. Mexico has 4 places in the top ten tourist areas as designated by "Travel Leaders". Mexico´s great tourist resort quality will always rebound from unfortunate situations.
