rincon de guayabitos Bueno Tiempo Property Interview
Name of your website?

Bueno Tiempo Property

Your name?

Jeffrey Milan

Your Location (city, etc)

Rincon de Guayabitos, Nayarit

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Bueno Tiempo property is fast becoming one the largest local real estate sites on Rincon de Guayabitos surrounding areas. We work with other Real estate outfits, companies, big and small to ensure a very complete data base to our customers. We are registered and have permission to sell Real Estate in Rincon de Guayabitos, Mexico.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

This gave us the ability for others to locate and visit this area of Mexico.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Three or four years ago, same name...i have two closely linked , one was rental of our bungalows and the other is Real Estate.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

We have bungalows on our estate over looking the Pacific Ocean and the town of Rincon de Guayabitos, we rent them in the winter to monthly clients. So with time the English speaking people learn small words like Bueno-good and Tiempo-time some of the first words you learn like banco the bank the bathroom la baņo and so forth...Hence Bueno Tiempo good time..past tense. actually its buen tiempo but therein lies the good time...grammically incorrect but its easy to remember if your a gringo. Like us. Bueno Tiempo

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

More sincere..all buyers are friends and sellers unless they are referred of course. Plus we will be the largest Real Estate listings in the Rincon de Guayabitos Area by the end of 2007. So why go to a bunch of half kept up sites and waste your time when you can visit ours and see the same properties and more...from all sites

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To help others leave the rat race sooner than later. Grow old-er watch my kids grow up, surf, fish, My wife and stay close to my family and encourage others to try and do the same...and maybe sell them a good lot or nice house....right?

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Very little other than time, our importance is time with the family and quality. Although time consuming answering these questions I have a stack of properties to download and pictures to take. Success is relative some like to measure the cup half full and other measure the cup half empty My sucess is outside my back yard, The Pacific Ocean and My Wife and Boys and what else is there? Beside the Creator? Really if you think about, nothing its all vanity, I mean if you equate money to sucess, Is there more than that? helping people thats good...

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

go surfing as usual with a client and of course put the boat in the water and fishing with a client. I would get a programer maybe 2....time consuming art of the whole

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

depends, Hire more sales people

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Living in Mexico you always have something you cant find here. Here, time is the land of manana. I keep them in perspective if i can not handle them...always deligate to my wife.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Talking to all the people in and around our area who have land house and views. Learning how to build and perspective on the website.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

boards, search engines, sites like yours and going out and finding the properties that i would want. mostly i like views and mountians lucky me the whole place is just that

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

it was harder at first and i got alittle burned out as compared to hands on, say walk in to the office clients or referrals, now its coming around on the website

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

3years and my boys are starting to take interest plus my wife is a major sales personality..sweet nice and accomedating

Why did you move down to Mexico with your children?

We have always been in love with the people here. The feeling of Mexico you attach to any vacation, easy, friendly, beautiful, cheap. One of our boys you see was born down 17yrs ago, we are both white. Why did I say that? The first question while by myself is,your wife Mexican. No, we just had a dream and events gave us a window to see for a moment it could be possibe to live in Mexico. We now have been here 5yrs and the boys are fluent and we are getting there. This place is like the days of my youth were. Hope to see you down here soon, Milans in Mexico

What is your website address?
